Stephanie Palo Solop, Esq. is a partner at SBG Law Group where she devotes her practice to family law, criminal defense, and commercial civil litigation. Stephanie strives to efficiently resolve cases in her clients’ favor, but when necessary she is a zealous advocate in court. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the District Court of the District of New Jersey, and New York.

While attending Rutgers School of Law–Newark, Stephanie served as Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board, a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Associate, and a Submissions Editor on the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She also externed for the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Following her graduation in 2009, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Rudy B. Coleman of the New Jersey Appellate Division, where she conducted legal research, drafted bench memoranda, and assisted in preparing judicial opinions—experience that has been invaluable to her appellate practice.

In her family law practice, Stephanie is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of each case, including custody disputes, complex asset distribution, cash-flow disputes, business valuations, domestic violence, and appeals. She is equally committed to alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, collaborative divorce, and cooperative divorce.
​
Stephanie also regularly serves as a mediator and as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County. She is an energetic, compassionate advocate who takes pride in guiding her clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
