Greg S. Gargulinski, Esq., is a founding partner at Solop, Bondarowicz & Gargulinski, LLC where he leverages nearly 25 years of legal experience, specializing in criminal and traffic defense at the municipal, state, appellate, and federal levels. Throughout his career, Greg has handled a broad spectrum of legal matters, ranging from motor vehicle tickets to more intricate issues involving complex and serious indictable offenses. His extensive knowledge and skill in these areas have made him a highly respected attorney within the legal community.


Greg’s legal journey began after earning his B.A. in Criminal Justice with honors from George Washington University. He later obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he previously served as a member of its Alumni Council. Following law school, Greg served as a criminal law clerk to the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman, J.S.C. (Ret.), gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of the legal system. He then became a partner at two of the largest law firms in Monmouth County, where he sharpened his expertise and trial skills in defending clients at all levels.


In addition to his work in private practice, Greg has played a vital role in the public sector. Over the course of his career, he has served as the public defender in numerous municipalities throughout Monmouth County, demonstrating his dedication to providing high-end legal representation to all members of the community.
Greg’s commitment to his clients has earned him a reputation for being diligent, hardworking, and highly responsive. He is known for his thorough preparation, ensuring that each client is well-informed and supported throughout the legal process. Whether handling routine traffic violations or more complex criminal cases, Greg's personalized attention and determination to achieve favorable results are distinguishing features of his practice.


In recognition of his legal accomplishments, Greg was named a Rising Star by New Jersey Monthly Magazine on numerous occasions, an honor awarded to the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40, as selected by Super Lawyers Magazine. This recognition reflects not only his skill and professionalism but also the respect he has earned from his peers within the legal community.


Greg remains deeply involved in legal organizations, most notably the Monmouth Bar Association, where he is currently serving as a Trustee and is the Chair of the Criminal Practice Committee as well as, a Committee Member of the Municipal Court Practice and Juvenile Law Committees.


Away from the courtroom, Greg resides in Monmouth County, with his wife and two children. Greg’s wife is a certified pre-school teacher, his son is a collegiate soccer player for a nationally ranked school, and his daughter is attending college to pursue a career in the field of law. Greg is a passionate sports fan, having coached soccer for many years, and his family continues to follow his son’s athletic pursuits and daughter’s education endeavors closely. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, balancing his professional commitments with personal passions.
